Pre-Installation Checklist

Select tiles from the same batch number, size, and shade. This information is printed on the label of every carton below the name of the tile.
Visually inspect the tiles before installation. If there is any concern regarding the tile, immediately reach out to your retailer prior to proceeding with installation. Claims will not be accepted after tiles have been set.
Mix tiles from different boxes to ensure a non-repeat look. Tile has a natural shade variation, and this step is crucial to achieve the intended overall look of the tile.
Ensure you have purchased the correct size spacers for the tile you are installing. For pressed tile, the smallest suggested grout joint size is 3/16", and 1/8" for rectified tile.
